Free to UK mainland addresses. We deliver within the UK only.
When will my order be dispatched?
This item is cut to your length, so it can take longer to dispatch than stock items. Delivery dates are quoted subject to the availability of materials.
How is it delivered?
Delivery is to kerbside. Large rolls may come on a pallet, and we recommend two people to handle rolls.
What if it arrives damaged?
Report it within 24 hours of delivery, with photos. We replace or refund verified faults.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT at 20%. The ex-VAT figure is shown for reference.

How do I track my order?

How accurate is the thickness?
All materials are supplied within ±10% BMRA tolerance. Natural shade variation between batches is normal.
How should I fit it?
Leave rolls at room temperature for at least 48 hours before fitting. Our returns policy specifies Mapei VS90 adhesive for Classico and gym flooring rolls and Mapei Adesilex G20 for other rubber rolls; ask us if you're unsure.
