  • Penny dot and round stud – studded non-slip rubber for garages, gyms, shops and changing rooms.
  • Round dot safety flooring – oil-resistant anti-slip matting for workshops and industry.
  • Diamond tread – strong grip and chemical resistance for workshops and vans.
  • Ribbed and fine ribbed – directional grip for walkways and work surfaces.
  • Plain smooth rubber – for benches, shelving, noise reduction and protection.
  • Rubber gym flooring – 1m wide, 4mm–12mm cushioned gym rubber.

How do I order a cut length?

Choose width and thickness, then set the quantity to the number of metres. A quantity of 4 arrives as one continuous 4m length.

When is a full roll cheaper?

Is delivery free?

Yes. Delivery is free on every order to UK addresses, and orders are dispatched within 24 hours. If you're outside the UK, email sales@expressmatting.co.uk for a shipping quote before you order.

Can you cut it to size?

Many of our rolls are sold by the metre and cut to the length you choose. See cut lengths under 10m, or call 01744 520 110 about other sizes.

How do I choose the right thickness?

Thicker rubber absorbs heavier impacts. For free weights and racks, most customers choose 16–18mm tiles or mats; for cardio areas and workshops, 3–10mm rolls are usually enough. See our thickness guide and calculator.
