This has been specifically created to protect EPDM and TPO roofing from heavy foot traffic, dropped tools and maintenance equipment.
Flexible and lightweight, our TPO roof walkway pads come in a rolled format, and are designed to be loose laid with no fixing required, so can be installed quickly and easily, even in adverse weather conditions.
It sits at a raised height of 12mm to help elevate workers off the roof surface, while the durable, welded construction contours to all EPDM and TPO membrane roofs, effectively protecting the roof surface from any potential damage.
The embossed surface ensures a firm underfoot grip, making it the ideal EPDM or TPO roofing mat for staff and maintenance workers who need safe access on the roof.

It also remains stable in winds up to 55mph (89km/h).(Tests at the University of Hertfordshire, School of Aerospace, Automotive & Design Engineering showed this matting when laid flat on a stable platform remained in position for wind speeds of 88mph (142 km/h).

Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses. We deliver within the UK only; outside the UK, contact us for a shipping quote.
Most stock items are dispatched within 24 hours. Cut-to-length and made-to-order items can take longer. Our shipping policy says: “Delivery dates are quoted subject to the availability of materials.”
Delivery is to kerbside. Large rolls and bulk orders may arrive on a pallet; ask us if you need to know whether yours will come by pallet or parcel. Rolls are heavy, so plan for at least two people.
Please report any transit damage within 24 hours of delivery, with photos, to sales@expressmatting.co.uk. We'll replace or refund verified faults.
Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused, uncut stock items in their original packaging. Email us first for authorisation. Return carriage is at your cost and a restocking fee may apply.
Items cut to your length can't be returned unless faulty, made-to-order items are non-returnable, and some other items are excluded; see the returns policy for the full list.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days of the returned goods being inspected.
